Vending Machine Warranty

All parts of the vendor including the refrigeration system, electronic control board, L.E.D. credit display, vend motors; coin validator and the change giver are warranted for 12 months. The light fittings and the finish are excluded from this warranty.

Vendtec cc’s obligation under warranty is limited to repairing or replacing subject part at our opinion, when upon examination it was determined by Vendtec cc to be defective. Vendtec cc will cover all parts and labor costs during the warranty period. Vendtec cc will pay the transport costs and shipping charges on all parts covered under this warranty when it has been made the most economical way and the site distance does not exceed 50km from our head office. If, in case of a coin being stuck, or something not mentioned under this warranty a R450-00 excl VAT call out fee will be charged by Vendtec cc.

Vendtec cc strongly recommends that the coin mechanisms are programmed to accept South African coins and to reject others. Nevertheless, Vendtec cc is not responsible in any way for any direct or consequential damages that may arise from the acceptance and/or non acceptance of any coins.

The warranty is null and void when a cabinet or any part of the vendor has been subject to misuse, alteration without proper authorization, vandalism, or accident, damage by fire, flood, transportation, civil disorder or acts of God.

If a vending machine is sold with a site included, only the vending machine is guaranteed, not the site.

All coin mechanisms will accept all RSA coins that are available in the market on date of purchase.
